Why are Cedar Shutters the perfect fit?

Did you know that Cedar Shutters can do more for your home than just increase the curb appeal? Cedar wood has oils that form naturally in the wood that keep away insects like moths, carpet beetles, roaches (yuck!), ticks, flies and even some ants. This is why cedar is most often found on homes via shutters, siding and also cedar shake accents.

Our cedar shutters are assembled right here in the United States using high quality, weather resistant fasteners that help ensure the shutters will last for years to come. Once the shutters are completed, we offer to clear coat them with a clear outdoor protective spray to give your shutters some protection right out of the box. Or we can leave the clear coat off if you have a specific color in mind for your finished shutters once they arrive to your home or project site.

Does Pistol Pete's make custom size shutters? For sure we do! We can do several size variations to fit your project needs. Before ordering, just send us a message and let us know the best fit for you home.

Need some advice? We are always here to help! We love to answer questions and will give you an honest opinion if you ask for it. We would rather help you get the project right the first time so you can check the task off your to-do list than mess around with other companies that don't care about you or your home. As a small family business, it is in our DNA to care and help you do the project the right way the first time.

Pistol Pete's has been using high quality cedar to make our shutters for over 10 years! Why not trust in mother nature? Cedar shutters look great and protect your home from pesky bugs!
